Fresh Baked Muffins: Each morning we bake a variety of fresh muffins using 100% organic flours and the finest fruits and nuts available.

Hot Cereal: A nice hot bowl of organic nine-grain cereal cooked with soymilk and brown sugar.

Homefried Potatoes: A heaping plate of our famous breakfast potatoes, seasoned with garlic, parsley, and paprika.

Egg or Tofu Scramble: Your choice of either tofu or eggs scrambled with fresh veggies, with or without Jack cheese. Served with homefries and a mini-muffin.

Whole Wheat Pancakes: We make our own pancake batter from scratch using only organic flours. We serve them with 100% pure maple syrup and a side of homefries and a mini-muffin.

Short Stack: Three pancakes with maple sugar.

French Toast: Thick slices of challah bread dipped in our special batter and served with 100% pure maple syrup and homefries.

Grand Slam: Your choice of pancakes or French Toast served with homefries, egg or tofu scramble and a mini-muffin.
